Seasonal wealth--pickles!!
Phew! Lots of cucumbers this year! Pickle-making is in full swing. It seems that every year I try new pickle recipes and then forget which ones I used. Same this year :) When I have 4 5-gallon buckets of cukes to use up, I pretty much just get them in jars...and then forget which were which :) So this winter we'll be having surprise pickles haha. Glad my family has pretty liberal taste as far as foods go!

My pickles are always a soggy mess. I don't even try to make them anymore. We didn't even grow cukes this year!
