Beauty

So much beauty (and work!!) in this season . . .

  1. DO you use a pressure canner at all? What do you use when a hot water bath isn't recommended? I pretty much only ever made jam and salsa because I only have a hot water bath pot.

    1. Yes :) I do use a pressure canner...for stuff like meat and chicken broth and soups and beans and other low-acid stuff. It's not really scary! :)
